Your missions

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage stock replenishment Finish good stock at warehouse branches which driven by  MRP  (Sales order, & safety stock) timely

  • Coordinate with logistic team and 3PL for transfer order, transit time monitoring and arrangement related to support delivery on time in full (OTIF) . 

  • Coordinate with other’s dept related to stock availability

  • Responsible and coordinate import/export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation,

  • Liaise with freight forwarders and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import/export processes and paperwork including working with finance on duty payment related. 

  • Import  and export document submission to 3PL to input in custom’s system.

  • Checking Custom’s data (PIB / PEB).

  • Monitoring Incoming & outgoing Shipment / Container.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to imports and exports in accordance with Indonesia  custom regulation and following Hempel policy for import and export restriction guidance.

  • Maintaining document relate for custom audit purpose and  ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports and exports. 

  • Monitor and analyze import/export data to identify compliance issues and corrective actions implemented

  • Responsible for Custom audit and data support related.

  • Work with Hempel Finance regarding duty payment and during Custom’s Audit.

  • Having periodic meeting  with custom based on custom requirement.

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  • Diploma or Degree

  • Custom certified is a must

  • Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years in supervisory position related to supply chain, import and export documentation and requirements, logistics, transportation or distribution

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 will be advantageous

  • Knowledge of MRP or any Inventory Management System (IMS) and ERP will be advantageous

  • Hands on with custom clearance regulation

  • Fluency in English Fluent in written and spoken in English.

  • Good presentation skill

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work as an effective Team member.
