As a Land Supervisor, you will mentor a team of land management professionals as they acquire and negotiate land and property rights for pipeline and facilities construction. Your team will develop and maintain quality relationships with landowners and company partners as you lead process improvement efforts across the organization to enable Williams to meet its business objectives. The ability to influence and collaborate with others and communicate with all levels of the organization are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Handles the acquisition and maintenance of land rights
  • Plans, leads and provides key oversight to the land acquisition process
  • Details existing processes, designs process improvements, and collaborates with company partners to implement changes
  • Accounts for cost and schedule of growth capital and maintenance projects
  • Coordinates workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees
  • Develops/handles budgets, plans and forecasts; conducts regular cost analysis
  • Ongoing identification of continuous land acquisition improvement opportunities
  • Develops, aligns, and communicates updates and project completion statuses to project team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in oil and gas industry, land, real estate or legal
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; Senior Right of Way Professional certification
Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Validated negotiation skills
