Summary of Job Duties:
The LPN will be the phone nurse. LPN performs general nursing functions, such as rooming patients, administering medications, collecting vital signs, assisting physicians with procedures, phlebotomy. Schedule appointments, returns calls to patients, assists with medication refills and provides patient education. May also perform various health screenings, prior authorizations for medications, imaging and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited LPN or LVN school PLUS Licensed as an LPN in the State of Arkansas. 

  • BLS Certification

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience and have knowledge of electronic medical records.  

  • Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Phlebotomy skills

  • One (1) or years experience working in a busy clinic setting
