Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field, 3+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in retail/warehouse environments, Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, ANSI), Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Conduct health and safety audits to ensure compliance with laws and guidelines
- Promote safety culture, coordinate audits & risk analysis
- Implement accident prevention programs, track HSE metrics
- Lead incident investigations, provide safety training to employees
- Serve as primary contact on all health & safety matters, represent the Company to external agencies
