Role Summary

This is a team lead role, where you will manage a team of operational executives who are responsible for auditing consent forms which are required for purchase of credit reports. You will be responsible for the adherence to the stipulated turnaround times required for each client segment and you will be responsible for initiating process and system changes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

 

What you’ll bring to the party:

  • Candidate with high level of passion, professionalism, and preferably some IT background with experience in driving operational excellence in the financial or information services industry will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment and will need to demonstrate the capability of overcoming complexities.
  • By ensuring that the team delivers to the expected standards, they can support Experian to continue to grow our business in a compliant manner and that our clients have a good experience dealing with us.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure that the team meets their target for turnaround time while adhering to the SOPs for audit checking on client orders.
  • Deploy effective follow-up strategy and execution with clients in collaboration with Sales/Account management
  • Maintain hygienic documentation and MIS tracking practices and weekly reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing process and system automation/improvements as the business grows.
  • Ensure successful closure of internal/external audits

Qualifications

More about you

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in leading operational teams in a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to use data to track and make process and system improvements.
  • Prior experience in setting out SOPs (standard operating procedures) and leading the team to adhere to SOPs.
  • Previous experience in managing senior stakeholders from cross-functional teams is an advantage.
