We are seeking a highly motivated People Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our global People Experience Team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the People Experience Team in all administrative and operative matters.  

Your mission...  
As People Operations Manager, you will closely work with both our People Business Partners as well as your People Operations team members in Serbia and the United States. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about driving global initiatives and interested in working on a variety of People Experience related topics. Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

• You are the operational backbone of our People Business Partners: 
  As an organizational talent with an eye for detail, you take care of all operational matters along the employee life cycle. You draw up employment contracts and references, take care of visa processes, prepare payroll and manage our HCM systems. We can absolutely rely on you and you help us to be even more successful as a People Experience team.  

• You are committed to a positive employee experience: 
  Our approx. 200 employees in Europe are the backbone of our success. You help to ensure that they enjoy working for ProGlove. You ensure, evaluate, update, communicate and implement state of the art benefits, policies and guidelines. Together with your People Operations colleagues, you form the interface between the team and employees. 

• Recruiting: 
  After your onboarding, depending on your flexibility and workload, we will train you in our recruiting and give you more and more responsibility for the hiring process, talent acquisition and active sourcing.

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  

• You have a degree in economics, business psychology or an equivalent qualification   
• You are business fluent in German and English     
• You are pragmatic, organized and enjoy approaching people  
• You love finding solutions to problems and working independently   
• It is an advantage if you have already gained experience in international HR - ideally even in a start-up - previous experience in recruiting is a plus   
• You are inquisitive and willing to learn a lot of new things!
