THE JOURNEY

Leads month-end closing, reconciliation processes and ensures accurate and timely reporting;

Supports the Head of in FP&A tasks;

Manages Finance Operations

Work closely with Global Finance Teams (Controlling, Tax, Audit, Treasury, Billing, Procurement) to solve any day-to-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of various stakeholders

Work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, Marketing) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution

Supports the account management team with partner-related queries: master data maintenance, payments, invoicing process and follow-up questions;

Support local accounting teams in cross accounting projects led from Head Quarters, such as IFRS implementation, ERP implementations, Reporting package implementation, etc.

Assisting the Head of Finance and Head Quarters with developing processes and strengthening internal controls

Maintain and develop relationship with internal and external parties of the Company

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- 4+ years accounting experience in a similar position (Previous experience in Big4 is a plus)
- A strong technical knowledge of accounting and compliance
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language (advanced)
- Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookup, Charts etc) & Google Workspace
- Analytical and 360 mindset, creative with excellent problem solving skills
- Hands-on and autonomous, with excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented, results oriented
- High levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility
