Embroker is a leading commercial insurance technology company revolutionizing the insurance buying experience for businesses. We seek a visionary Product Marketing Director with proven product-led growth experience to drive our marketing initiatives and propel our growth trajectory to new heights.

As the Product Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in shaping our product marketing strategy and leading the execution of marketing programs to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our innovative insurance solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, to effectively position our products, identify market opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth.

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy to support the transition from a sales-led to a product-led growth model.
  • Define and communicate compelling value propositions for our suite of insurance products, targeting key B2B segments within the industry.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to drive product launches, ensuring successful go-to-market plans and seamless execution.
  • Create compelling sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales collateral, to empower our sales teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify our brand presence and market leadership.
  • Analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in product marketing roles within B2B SaaS or Insuretech companies, with at least 8 years of experience.
  • A strong understanding of the insurance industry, including B2B distribution channels, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborative team player with the proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment toward common goals.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment.
