    We are seeking a talented individual to join us as a management planning professional who can help us realize our growth potential post-listing, working closely with our executive team. The specific responsibilities will vary depending on your experience and expertise, covering areas such as IR, management planning, accounting, general affairs, and human resources. Upon joining, we expect you to also contribute to resource procurement and organizational structuring. This position offers the opportunity to hold a department head position in a company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, allowing you to be at the forefront of the company's expansion and corporate actions.

    Minimum Requirements
    • IR・経営企画・経理・総務・人事・法務に関する業務経験のある方
    • 経理・ディスクロージャー資料が見れることは必須

    下記いずれかに該当する方

    • 証券会社での投資銀行業務や引受審査等の経験
    • 他社上場企業で経営企画部長・経営管理部長をやっていた経験

      • Experience in IR, management planning, accounting, general affairs, human resources, or legal affairs
      • Must be able to review accounting and disclosure materials

      Must have experience in one of the following:

      • Experience in investment banking or underwriting examination at a securities company
      • Experience as head of management planning or management control at another listed company
    Preferred Requirements
    • 法科大学院卒、公認会計士資格(監査法人出身も可)など上記業務に関連するご経験・資格
    • 事業会社で経営企画部長または副部長などをやっていた方を希望。ただし、監査法人出身の会計士でも応募可
    • AIの親和性・経験は問わないが、IT企業経験があればより望ましい
    • 上場企業経験があれば望ましい

      • Experience or qualifications related to the above positions, such as completion of a law school or certification as a certified public accountant (CPA) (audit firm experience also acceptable)
      • Preferably, someone who has served as head or deputy head of management planning in a business company. However, applicants with accounting experience from audit firms are also welcome to apply.
      • While affinity or experience with AI is not required, experience in IT companies is preferred
      • Experience in a listed company is desirable

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment type: Full time

    Location: Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo

    Annual Salary: 7,500,000 - 12,000,000 JPY

    • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
    • Bonus paid twice a year (August, February)
    • A fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20 hours is provided, regardless of the presence of overtime work.
      • Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the initial 20 hours.

    Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (1-hour break included)

    • 8 hour work days
    • Telecommuting and flexible work arrangements are available, subject to prior approval.
    • Annual Holidays: Regular days off every week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, and other days designated by the company.
    • Paid Time Off: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service (increasing with years of service, up to a maximum of 23 days).
    • Other Leaves: Special leave upon joining, year-end and New Year leave, special leave for illness, and bereavement leave are available.

    Probation: 3 months
