As Senior Online Marketing Manager - SaaS (m/w/d) - English speaking, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing growth strategy, shaping the direction of our marketing activities and building a high-performing team. From setting ambitious targets to forging key partnerships, your strategic approach will be instrumental in driving Pressmaster.ai's success from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the success of Pressmaster.ai.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee tasks and campaigns across marketing teams (e.g., funnel building, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, media buying, social media).

  • Identify, test, and optimize new sales channels in collaboration with the team.

  • Coordinate launch plans on platforms such as ProductHunt and Reddit.

• Team and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary communication interface with C-level executives, and stakeholders and report your weekly successes.

  • Manage a dedicated remote team, including performance tracking and goal management for sales, funnel building, and copywriting.

  • Provide feedback and approval for content before publication.

• Marketing and Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the copywriting and funnel team.

  • Contact and brief influencers to execute and track successful campaigns.

  • Acquire affiliate partners and provide materials to support them.

  • Coordinate affiliate community management with the team (Skool Communities).

  • Maintain and manage databases for investors and access control.

• Budget and Performance Management:

  • Plan and control budgets in consultation with C-level executives.

  • Track and achieve key performance indicators using tracking tools and spreadsheets.

• Content and Social Media Management:

  • Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) through content creation (graphics, videos, stories) and publishing in collaboration with the copywriting and media buying team.

  • Conduct webinars to introduce the SaaS business to potential clients.

• HR and Personal Planning:

  • Support HR in recruiting new team members and facilitating their onboarding.

  • Coordinate personal planning in close alignment with C-level executives.
