We’re seeking to fill an Entry Level IT Associate role on our team of Information Technology Experts. This role will require an individual with a highly technical aptitude, adept attention to detail, eager willingness to grow and learn new systems and skillsets in a fast-paced environment, and interpersonal skills to communicate easily and effectively.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service & technical support on our Help Desk by responding to requests in a timely manner, following up when needed, and resolving issues that arise.
  • Contributing to our growing knowledge base, processes, and procedures with a focus on improvement and accuracy.
  • Managing in office Network Devices, Hardware, Computers, and VOIP phone system to ensure systems are up to date, accurately configured, and logged as needed.
  • Create & onboard new employees while answering app-based questions.
  • Assisting in Mergers & Acquisitions IT system integrations (email, phones, equipment, etc).
  • Adapt to responsibilities as they change and grow.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree Preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related job experience preferred.
  • In office support 4-5 days/week in Conshohocken, PA.
  • Excellent and Caring Customer service, and communication skills with a team-based mentality.
  • Effective technical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in:
    • Microsoft Office based applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word PPT, etc.), and O365 Admin portal.
    • Network management and Troubleshooting.
    • Hardware configuration, deployment and troubleshooting.
    • Process creation and documentation.
    • Proficient in Windows OS, and knowledge of MAC iOS preferred.
