We are looking for a Customer Adoption Manager (CAM) to join our already highly skilled team. This is a key role as part of our wider Professional Services organisation. The successful candidate will share our team's passion for ensuring customer success and will be offered career development opportunities within one of the fastest growing software companies in the world.
What you will do:Working towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME)Developing standard processes within your areas of expertise and be a champion for their adoptionForging strong partnerships with customers and colleaguesManaging the CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management practices while also developing solutions to business problems.Taking ownership of your customer’s continued success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platformEngaging customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. Continually drive customers toward their strategic goalProviding a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needsBuilding and/or improve templates, training and presentationsHandling customers where up to 25% of your time may include travelWhat you will bring to Coupa:Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts PayableExperience with Software as a Service is a mustGood background in customer/client managementStrong communication skills including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customersStrong organisational skills and problem-solving abilitiesAnalytical thinkingAbility to work in a team environment and share standard methodologies regularlyThe estimated pay range for this role is as follows:
•Based in California, Bay Area: $133,025 - 156,500
•Based in Colorado: $113,475-133,500
•Based in New Jersey: $128,250 - 151,000
•Based in New York: $128,250 - 151,000
•Based in Washington: $113,475-133,500
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
