We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Data/Information Management Analyst to manage, process, and analyze data to support our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our data, generating insightful reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
- Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data sets.
- Generate detailed and actionable insights through reports and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and audit data quality, identifying and rectifying data discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI or other data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data management and governance principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00 per year
