Job Title: Workplace Accommodations Case Manager
Contract Duration: 5-12 months
Work Environment: Remote
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with customers and business partners to gather comprehensive information aimed at mitigating risk and company exposure.
  • Ensure all relevant parties are engaged throughout the case process.
  • Take necessary actions based on received information to manage case status effectively.
  • Research and resolve inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
  • Demonstrate expert-level communication skills, maintaining consistency with policy expectations. :
  • Update cases regularly and maintain detailed notes on all actions taken during case management.
  • Establish detailed action plans for complex cases and provide clear, decisive direction to all involved parties.
  • Encourage employees to use self-service resources for talent-related inquiries and case initiation.
  • Process transactions promptly and accurately within relevant HR systems.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • General understanding of HR practices, state, and Federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, respond to customer needs, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency in researching information across various sources.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet customer needs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant applications.
  • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Understanding of administrative procedures and records management systems.
