Your missions

This is a remote position.


Scope

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (12 AM to 9 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break PST / 40 hours per week

  • Primarily focused on organic social media growth and engagement

  • Paid advertising/promotions may be explored in the future

  • Potential expansion into new platforms like TikTok, YouTube, etc.

  • Assisting with online course creation, marketing, and management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

  • Create engaging visual content including graphics, videos, and animations using design tools

  • Write compelling copy and captions that align with brand voice

  • Edit and optimize videos for social media promotion

  • Analyze performance metrics and leverage insights to refine content strategy

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices

  • Manage online communities and respond to comments/messages

  • Collaborate with the team to promote products, services, and initiatives

  • Potentially assist with managing and marketing online courses

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (3+ years)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics

  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

  • Video editing skills using software like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere

  • Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand content

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing best practices

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking abilities
