Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day outside 9am to 5:30 pm UK time

Scope:

  • Focus on properties in London and surrounding areas
  • Search for properties matching specified categories like petrol stations, car garages, etc.
  • Identify properties with development potential based on the criteria provided
  • Capture property data in spreadsheets for mail merge


Responsibilities:

  • Search for and identify potential development properties such as vacant land, underdeveloped properties, etc. using online property sourcing tools and street view
  • Analyze identified properties to determine if there is development potential based on the criteria provided
  • Capture relevant property data in spreadsheets
Requirements
  • Experience using online property sourcing tools and street-view
  • Ability to analyze property details to identify development potential
  • Basic spreadsheet knowledge
  • Strong research skills
  • Good to have: Knowledge on UK properties
