This is a remote position.
Scope
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM AU time (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)
Handle approximately 50 incoming leads per day
Manage up to 50 to 150 calls daily, including follow-ups and multiple attempts
Work closely with marketing team to understand lead sources and campaign specifics
Collaborate with dental professionals to understand treatment details for accurate communication
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the lead qualification process
Adapt to performance monitoring systems to ensure high-quality customer interactions
Responsibilities
Promptly respond to incoming leads from marketing campaigns
Conduct initial screening calls to assess patient suitability and financial readiness
Explain complex dental procedures (implants, veneers, aligners) in simple, understandable terms
Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with dental professionals
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the practice’s CRM system
Follow up with potential patients as needed to ensure high conversion rates
Prioritize and manage a high volume of daily calls efficiently
Requirements
Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport quickly
Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a healthcare-related field
Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with tact and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload
