Your missions

This is a remote position.


Scope

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM AU time (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

  • Handle approximately 50 incoming leads per day

  • Manage up to 50 to 150 calls daily, including follow-ups and multiple attempts

  • Work closely with marketing team to understand lead sources and campaign specifics

  • Collaborate with dental professionals to understand treatment details for accurate communication

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the lead qualification process

  • Adapt to performance monitoring systems to ensure high-quality customer interactions

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to incoming leads from marketing campaigns

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess patient suitability and financial readiness

  • Explain complex dental procedures (implants, veneers, aligners) in simple, understandable terms

  • Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with dental professionals

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the practice’s CRM system

  • Follow up with potential patients as needed to ensure high conversion rates

  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of daily calls efficiently

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport quickly

  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a healthcare-related field

  • Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with tact and professionalism

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload
