Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Xero, Experience in creating documentation/SOPs, Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Key responsabilities:
- Process 800-1000 invoices monthly with Xero
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Interview staff for SOP information
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
