A remote Configuration Management Analyst job is currently available at Belcan. This is a full-time direct position with benefits. Strong candidates would have a tech certification in Configuration Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. Performs the day-to-day delivery of Configuration Management services to the organization taking general direction from the Configuration Management Manager and specific direction from Configuration Management Analysts to deliver work products that support ongoing configuration management operations.

Job Duties

• Performs operational activities as defined by Configuration Management policies and procedures
• Works to fulfill Configuration Management Service Requests as assigned
• Engages with strategic projects to ensure Configuration Management can deliver required functionality within project timeframes
• Collects and reports metrics as required
• Identifies and reports non-compliance situations
• Performs Configuration Management audits as directed
• Identifies Service Improvement opportunities
  
  

Required

• Working knowledge of CM principles as defined in ANSI/EIA-649
• A minimum of at least 2 years of direct Configuration Management experience
• Skilled with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Teams, Outlook
• PDM system, PTC Windchill
• Generated/maintained Desktop Work Instruction, Workflow, Process/Procedures
• Self-motivated, adaptable, highly organized, team player, and possess excellent communication abilities

• Jira Issue Tracking Software / Confluence Wiki, Atlassian
• Jama Connect, Requirements Management and Traceability
• Generated/maintained Configuration Management Plan
• Host Configuration Control Board (CCB) and pre/post activities
• Experience working in Aerospace, Space/Defense, or Large-scale OEM
• Past Creo experience desirable
  
  

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $75,000 to 90,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
