Bluestone PIM seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts within the enterprise segment, focusing on composable commerce architecture. Experience with MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles and exposure to MACH companies is highly desirable.


💻 Our Enterprise Account Executives' daily challenges:  


Sales Process Management:

  • Taking ownership of the sales process, from qualified sales opportunities to successful account sign-off. Our BDR team will make the initial qualification of leads before they are entered into the Sales opportunity process
  • Effectively managing and prioritizing a pipeline of enterprise leads, ensuring timely progression through the sales cycle
  • Providing & and maintaining an accurate rolling (4x) pipeline and tracking sales activity in Hubspot
  • Accurately forecasting opportunities for closure every quarter
  • Working collaboratively with the Business Development team to develop territory and strengthen the pipeline

Collaboration with Partners:

  • Working closely with our System Integrator (SI) partners to identify joint opportunities and collaborative solutions
  • Fostering strong relationships with IS partners, ensuring alignment with their offerings and our product suite


Product Expertise: 

  • Acquiring a deep understanding of Bluestone PIM's product offerings and their alignment with composable commerce architecture
  • Articulating the value proposition of our solutions and demonstrating how they address the specific requirements of enterprise clients


Industry Knowledge: 

  • Staying abreast of industry trends, particularly in composable commerce architecture and the MACH ecosystem
  • Leverage knowledge and insights to position Bluestone PIM as a trusted partner and thought leader in the market


👏  Factors that make you a great fit: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, preferably in a MACH ISV company
  • Background in areas such as CMS, commerce, Search, or PIM 
  • Solid understanding of composable commerce architecture principles
  • Track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
