You will drive continuous improvement within the supplier base collaborating with Commodity SQEs and Inspection Leaders across IET (Industrial and Energy Technology). You will act as Supplier Quality representative in the cross-commodities and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives with focus on Gas Tech Services business.

As Gas Technology Services Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Starting from the analysis of data related to the escaping defects, working on the identification of improvement actions, such as quality requirements identification and inspections.
  • In partnership with commodity SQEs, fostering the improvement actions to increase the suppliers’ performances when serving the Gas Technology Service business unit.
  • Driving metrics and data analysis standardization across the commodities and GT Service BU (Cost of Quality, Escaping Defects, Non-conformities).
  • Collaborating within the Supplier Quality team, the Quality GT Service business, and IET Quality organization on specific workstreams.
  • Participating in projects to make leaner Supplier Quality processes applying risk evaluation concepts and fit-for-purpose mindset.
  • Contributing the harmonization across IET.

  • Have a Master degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Have a data driven mindset and apply statistical methods
  • Be familiar with continuous improvement methods and program management
  • Display very good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
  • Have experience in participating in cross-functional and global improvement initiatives
  • Be able to travel domestic and internationally
  • Be fluent both in Italian and English
