Application Support Engineer - .NET/ASP.NET

The role

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for the flagship Enterprise platform working closely with the client services and Development teams.

The opportunity

Directly support a global user/ client base, you will be exposed to / and learn about the mobility and relocation domain within it. You will have an opportunity to work with good technical stack technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out user requirement studies for new systems/enhancements and co-ordinate their implementation with other parties
• Coding using Microsoft technology stack according to specification provided
• Designing and maintaining application user interfaces for Web and windows systems using new UI Frameworks
• Write test cases and fix existing software programs
• Write SQL & T-SQL to maintains database structures
• Write/ maintain technical and functional documentation and provides subsequent support

Person specification

• Expertise in Programming Languages- C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML - this is a developer role with 25% support role
• Candidate needs to have customer focused mindset and will look to get solutions out to the customer quickly
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with local and overseas users on the core business systems issues
• Team player who can work with onsite and offshore teams

Technical Requirement:

C#, ASP.net, .Net Framework 3.X.X and above, .Net core, SQL Server 2016, T-SQL, Entity Framework 6, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Crystal Report, SSRS, Exposure to Enterprise Design patterns like MVC, MVP, Exposure to WPF, WCF

Desirable but not essential…
