Your missions

2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America

Our people make all the difference in our success.

DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team is a Strategic Business Initiative focused on providing improved care to some of our most complex and vulnerable patients through Value-Based Care (VBC). Our three primary pillars are to 1) improve patient quality of life, 2) provide better clinical outcomes, and 3) lower the total cost of care for both our End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patient populations. We’re considered one of DaVita’s primary growth engines, and this fast-paced growth allows us to function like a startup within DaVita’s broader business.

The Program Management team is a sub-team of IKC that oversees programmatic success across all VBC product lines. The IKC Program Management team is responsible for our high-growth national VBC business with over $5B of medical spend under management. We are a highly motivated team that plays a key role in DaVita’s strategy to evolve from fee-for-service to value-based care.

We are looking for a team player who can help improve our technical, operational, and reporting capabilities surrounding contracts with major payors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Analyst will play a critical part in IKC’s monitoring and management for performance success. By honing tools and processes for achievement, this teammate will drive visibility into contract performance and execution. Working with the Manager of National Payor Performance, the Analyst will:

  • Gather and review monthly metric data and report out on trends, anomalies and outliers
  • Develop processes to continually improve data gathering and analytic techniques
  • Perform quality assurance checks on reports to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reported out to stakeholders
  • Develop standard reporting tools to provide visibility into Payor performance guarantees
  • Collaborate closely with teammates across lanes (e.g., reporting, account management, leadership) to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Support the development of a sustainable long-term performance management system
  • Synthesize findings and use trends to drive higher level discussions around the future of the value-based care programs

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong proficiency in other Microsoft applications
  • Proactive and service-oriented; high concern for accuracy and completeness.
  • Passion for all things data – storage, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver the “so what” in analytical findings to drive higher level conversations
  • Personal values in line with DaVita's values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment & Fun

What We’ll Provide:

More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. Teammates are eligible to begin receiving benefits on the first day of the month following or coinciding with one month of continuous employment. Below are some of our benefit offerings.

  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out
  • Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more
  • Professional development programs: DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning.

At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.  We want all teammates to experience DaVita as "a place where I belong."  Our goal is to embed Diversity & Belonging into everything we do in our Village, so that it becomes part of who we are.  We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.  As such, individuals are recruited, hired, assigned and promoted without regard to race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
