Your missions

Join a global company where the employees are truly passionate about delivering the best in everything they do!

Help us pave the way to a future where robotics and coating sciences collaborate for more sustainable shipping. Can you bridge the gap from design to implementation? Are you a problem-solver who flourishes with challenges? If so, join us in our mission to continuously create more sustainable solutions for ship hull coatings.

We are seeking a skilled mechanical engineer capable of designing, building, and operating new test equipment. In this newly established role, you will collaborate with a team of coating scientists to develop innovative test equipment that ensures compatibility between hull coating solutions and underwater cleaning robots.

We're looking for someone eager to:

  • Pioneer research on the interphase between material science and robotics.
  • Design, construct, and operate new experimental facilities.
  • Collaborate with external partners across Europe.
  • Facilitate joint testing with commercial partners.
  • Engage in international forums focused on setting standards and policies concerning underwater cleaning practices.

What does it take to become our new team member?

Experience and curiosity in crafting and setting up equipment, as well as working on research and development projects, would be advantageous.

Validated English skills both verbal as well as in written.

We can teach you all you need to learn about coatings, but you have to come with a strong background in mechanics or mechanical engineering. Experience is not a necessity as long as you share our commitment to the cause.

Our goal is to cultivate an inclusive job environment that promotes both personal and professional growth. As such, we provide a range of global career opportunities and encourage cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
