Job Description

INTRODUCTION:  

ABC Glofox is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting the implementation process. As a Technical Implementation Analyst for Digital products, you will work cross-functionally, collaborating with the Onboarding & Customer Success teams to support our customers with app deployments and web integrations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:    

  • Provide world class support to our customers when implementing the software into their website.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Use your design eye and strong HTML/CSS skills to provide visually appealing and functional web integrations.
  • Oversee JIRA projects and tickets, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including updating tickets and corresponding with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Manage app assets in AWS S3 buckets, including images, build configuration information, and other essential resources.
  • Maintain organized storage and access to all app-related assets.
  • Design and create app assets for clients, such as splash screens and icons.
  • Customize app visuals to meet specific branding requirements for each client.
  • Run, test, and upload app builds using Xcode, Android Studio, and yarn scripts.
  • Create and manage store listings on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring all submissions are prepared for review.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app builds and deployments.
  • Engage with Apple and Google support teams to address issues related to app submissions.
  • Ensure all apps comply with the evolving terms and conditions of both Apple and Google platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform guidelines and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Strong knowledge of modern CMS such as Wix, Wordpress & Squarespace.
  • A computer science, digital marketing or other relevant degree.
  • Outstanding organisational, scheduling and time management skills.
  • High EQ/interpersonal skills in working with diverse stakeholders and a willingness to strive for positive customer outcomes
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient
  • A natural desire to build meaningful partnerships and seek out solutions for customers
