Job Summary: The Storage TPM / Scrum Master will manage complex storage development projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Leadership:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Mentor the team on Agile/Scrum practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Remove impediments to foster a collaborative team environment.

• Plan and oversee storage development projects from conception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, managing resources effectively.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet goals.

• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues transparently.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment with project objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Support team members in their professional development.

• Identify and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans.
• Proactively address potential obstacles to project success.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards for storage solutions.
• Implement best practices for project management and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a TPM, Scrum Master, or similar role in storage development.
• Strong understanding of storage technologies and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, SSD, Cloud Storage).
• Technical background with knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to storage solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Interview Process:

After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 30-minute interview (“phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four technical interviews:

• Coding assessment in a language of your choice.
• Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service.
• Systems hands-on: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
• Project deep-dive: Present your past exceptional work to a small audience.
• Meet and greet with the wider team.
• Our goal is to finish the main process within one week.
• We don’t rely on recruiters for assessments.
