El Specilaist In-Plant es parte de un equipo multifuncional basado en las Instalaciones del Cliente, responsable de la resolución de cualquier requerimiento Operativo del Cliente (Conductores o Gerentes de Flotilla), proponiendo mejoras apegadas a la Política de la empresa a la cual se encuentra asignado.

 Funciones

  • Manejo del Producto Completo desde una perspectiva de Operaciones para resolver cualquier requerimiento de los clientes (Conductores o Gerentes de Flotilla) ej. Compras, Mantenimiento, Seguros, Gestorías, Fin de Arrendamiento), Atención personalizada a usuarios VIP.
  • Mantener controles y bases de datos actualizadas con la información de la Flotilla del Cliente.
  • Resolución y Escalación en tiempo y forma (con el área de Operaciones y/o Comercial) de cualquier situación que comprometa la relación de negocio y trabajar en conjunto con el Fleet Partner Solution.
  • Brindar Soporte en la implementación y diseño de campañas de comunicación relacionadas a la Administración de la Flotilla; mantener una comunicación efectiva con las áreas Operativas de Element.
  • Generación de Órdenes de Compra, provisiones (anuales o mensuales), validación de facturas y seguimiento a pago (Contractual).

Calificaciones

-Educación y Experiencia

  • Licenciatura, preferentemente en Admin. de Empresas, Industria de la hospitalidad o Ingeniería.
  • Ingles Fluido: +60%
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Servicio a Clientes (Preferentemente, KAM o Puesto similar)
  • Experiencia en Leasing (Preferentemente de Vehículos)
  • Conducción de vehículos ligeros

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Habilidades de Liderazgo (Formal o Informal)
  • Abierto al cambio con enfoque en soluciones; en ocasiones con información parcial
  • Toma de decisión bajo presión con análisis de riesgo
  • Excelente seguimiento a tareas y rápido aprendizaje
  • Trabajo en equipo y Cooperación
  • Adaptabilidad a Cultura de empresas diversas
  • Deseable experiencia en Leasing (Preferentemente de Vehículos)
