Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as online job portals, social media platforms, and networking events
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to determine their suitability for specific positions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate profiling, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate onboarding process
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop recruitment strategies and stay updated on industry trends
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in the recruitment database

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role (3+ years)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
  • Sales Driven
