Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior AutoCAD/Bluebeam Designer to assist in preparing cost estimates and producing detailed CAD drawings for project planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for CAD & Bluebean drawing edits
- Develop As-Built drawings
- Create and maintain client project documents
- Research product specifications
- Draft, edit and manage files/documents on BlueBeam
- Create product specification packages and pricing requests
- Review plan sets for accurate estimation
- Frame projects and input data using iPoint (We will train in iPoint)
- Attend and document client meetings
Requirements
- College educated
- NBI Clearance is required upon hire
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or any related field is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BlueBeam, MS Office Teams and Google Drive
- Interest in Architecture, Design and Construction is a must
- Strong understanding of of construction methods, materials and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
