Empowering You: Unveiling Your Responsibilities
  • Implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage design sessions with Business Development, Investor Relations, and Investments to develop scalable solutions for fundraising and deal pipelines.
  • Integrate other technologies with the CRM to ensure continuity in data flow.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends, and adapt the CRM solution accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing user support, manage enhancement and issue logs, and establish a process for scheduling releases.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
  • Train users on the CRM based on their role.
  • Produce ad hoc reports for the business as required.

Requirements

Credentials That Speak Volumes: Your Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry. B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services and asset management, especially in the alternative space.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is essential; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting technologies.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is necessary, with Qlik being a notable advantage.
  • Knowledge of APIs and SQL language is beneficial.
  • Must have Salesforce experience, particularly with Sales Cloud.
  • Ideally, exposure to Marketing Cloud or other digital marketing solutions.
  • Exposure to custom builds of Salesforce org rather than configuring out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Exposure to system integrations.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • English Level: C1

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
