Job Overview:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will also engage in both administrative and developmental tasks to enhance platform utility and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM enhancements and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development and configuration.
  • Administer and configure Salesforce, including the customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and user interfaces.
  • Develop light Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce pages as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of both configurations and development to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, promoting adoption and proficiency across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and custom development.
  • Monitor Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices and continuous improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver holistic Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of Salesforce configurations, custom developments, and related processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Required Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration using tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Visualforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
