  • Part-time
    1 Agent- Saturday and Sunday, flexible up to 20 hours a week
    2 Agents- M-F, flexible up to 20 hours a week

Job Description

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of the rideshare revolution! As a Rideshare Dispatch Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to customers. You will be the initial point of contact, handling inbound requests across multiple channels and accurately capturing all trip details in the company’s internal dispatch system. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking startup that is reshaping the future of transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage inbound calls, texts, and social media messages from customers requesting rideshare services
  • Gather comprehensive trip information, including pickup/dropoff locations, number of passengers, and any special requirements
  • Meticulously input all relevant trip details into the company’s proprietary dispatch system
  • Maintain accurate records of driver hours and any issues or incidents
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience on every interaction
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a strong asset)
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
