  3. Booking Coordination: Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on client preferences and availability.
  4. Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and travel vendors to confirm reservations, obtain necessary documentation, and address any changes or issues that may arise.
  5. Client Interaction: Provide timely updates and reminders to clients regarding their travel itineraries, appointments, and reservations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, appointments, reservations, and client communications in the company's database systems.

Qualifications:
