Receptionist

Remote hours: 4pm-12am

(Must have own laptop and back up power) 

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in outreach efforts, assisting incoming calls, answering questions, and fostering positive relationships with potential candidates. While prior sales experience is not mandatory, comfort with outgoing calls is essential. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and exude a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates to discuss opportunities and address inquiries.
  • Assist individuals calling in, providing helpful and informative responses to their questions.
  • Collaborate closely with the team responsible for nurse licensing and credentialing processes.
  • Leverage strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Utilize tech-savvy skills to navigate various software and databases efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality to create a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, ensuring seamless coordination with the recruitment team.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability during standard U.S. working hours.
  • Previous experience in staffing or healthcare recruitment is a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and databases.
  • Prior office or customer service experience is preferred.
  • A bubbly and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships.
