Position: Recipe Developer (Full-time)

Salary: 900-1,500 USD/month

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm EDT (9pm to 5am Philippine Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for conceptualizing and designing weekly menus for the following plans within our determined Goodfood guidelines
• Responsible for writing all the step-by-step recipes for the designated plans per our editorial guidelines.
• Compile weekly member feedback from designated plans and suggest appropriate action items when ratings are subpar.
• Follow-up and action feedback from tested recipes

Requirements

• Culinary and/or University degree required

• Professional kitchen/restaurant experience a plus
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Recipe Development Role in a test kitchen environment, for a cookbook/publication or restaurant with a frequently rotating menu with a proven track record in meeting required KPIs
• Experience with high-volume recipe development.
• Excellent English writing and comms skills.
• Proficient with Google Docs.
• Vast knowledge and interest in all things food (trends, tastes, classics, seasons, etc.)
