The Role:

Are you a driven and ambitious professional looking for an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Advanced Surgery? Look no further! We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our world-class team and play a key role in shaping the future of surgical innovation.

As a Product Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to strategically manage various projects and initiatives and drive cross functional alignment focusing on flawless execution. Control marketing activities for specific brands including budget management and pricing and reimbursement. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of patients and healthcare professionals around the globe. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to determine and successfully implement strategies that drive growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the growth of the advanced surgery product portfolio.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure flawless execution of new product launches

  • Drive product lifecycle management, including pricing strategies, product positioning, and portfolio optimization

  • Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers to gather insights and drive product innovation

  • Create and provide engaging product training materials for employees and clients.

  • Monitor and analyze market performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Marketing/Business/ Science or related fields

  • 5 years + product management experience in the Medical Devices industry

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a global market

  • Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems strategically

  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities

  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and convey information.
