Requirements

As a Performance Content Creator, your responsibilities will vary depending on the company you’re paired with. We will always pair you with a company relevant to your skills and experience, so your responsibilities will suit your experience. These are some of this role’s responsibilities:

  • Create paid media visual assets across different digital channels, depending on the client.
  • Create and edit video content for ads (Reels & TikTok syle videos).
  • Create and edit static graphic design / static imagery content for ads (Paid Social and other platforms as needed).
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including paid media managers, media buyers, creative strategists, and marketing managers, to align paid media efforts with overall performance marketing initiatives and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new features, and emerging trends in paid media, and make recommendations for innovation and experimentation.

If you have experience in video editing for ads but no experience in graphic design, you can still apply and we'll match you with the right company.

The same applies if you have experience in graphic design for ads but no video editing experience.

Bonus pointsif you have experience in both graphic design and video editing for ads.

Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role is required.
  • A portfolio with examples of your work specifically for paid media content creation is required. Make sure this includes a range of work, including ads you’ve created or published, results you’ve achieved, case studies, and anything else you’d like to showcase.
  • Proven experience in paid media content creation is required.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads is desired.
  • Canva & Adobe package experience desired
  • Video editing experience required
  • Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required
