- Process and track account transfers
- Debit collection coordination, client asset distribution, respond to client requests, handle account restrictions
- Cost basis research, prepare client communication, transfer funds, handle form processing
- Make quality decisions under tight deadlines, maintain files, prioritize work, provide project support
