Job Overview:

Fully remote roles involve managing customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless delivery of products to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Provide product information and assist customers with order placement.

Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and delivery.

- Work closely with shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

- Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on their orders.

- Handle documentation related to logistics operations, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.

Order Management:

- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

- Ensure all orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and company standards.

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.

- Identify and address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
