Job Title: Part-Time Scheduling and Patient Information Agent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Appointments:
  

  • Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
    
  • Confirm appointment details with patients and handle cancellations and rescheduling as needed.
    

• Obtaining Patient Information:
  

  • Collect and update patient information accurately.
    
  • Ensure all patient records are kept confidential and up-to-date.
    

• Managing Patient Inquiries:
  

  • Handle patient inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and helpful information.
    
  • Perform basic call triage to direct patients to the appropriate department or resource.
    

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Effective time management skills.
  
• Proficiency in basic call triage.
  
• Good English proficiency.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish.
