Writing meeting minutes
Document management
create and maintain a corporate identity webpage
Maintenance of work instructions/process descriptions
Administrativ tasks

Participation in audits + Reporting

Qualifications

B2 English language skills
Knowledge of M365 tools (SharePoint Online, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
Good organizational skills
ITIL, Agility knowledge is an advantage
studies related to computer science or economics is an advantage
Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
