Your missions

This is a remote position.

Scope

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

  • Entirely remote position

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

  • Qualify leads based on service needs and location

  • Overcome pricing objections and sell the value of services

  • Book appointments and collect payments using MadeCentral

  • Follow up with missed calls/leads via phone and email

  • Meet monthly targets for booked jobs (e.g. 20-30 deep cleans)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an inbound sales or customer service role

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills

  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent

  • Comfortable using CRM/scheduling software

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to hitting targets
