Your missions

CRM Management (Zoho):
• Administer and optimize the Zoho CRM platform to meet business needs.
• Customize CRM workflows, fields, and modules to streamline processes.
• Develop and implement CRM automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on CRM functionalities.
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to inform business decisions.
Website Development and Maintenance:
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.
• Implement website updates, enhancements, and new features as needed.
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align website content with business goals.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search rankings.
Project Management:
• Work on other projects related to the scope of this role based needs of the business.
Outcomes:
• Finalize migration to Zoho for the operation of all business functions from the platform within 3 months of hire.
• Develop and implement efficient and effective CRM processes that enhance business operations.
• Maintain a highly functional, attractive, and user-friendly CRM interface that engages employees and makes it easier for them to perform job functions.
• A highly functional, attractive, and user-friendly website that drives engagement.
• Improved search engine rankings and increased organic traffic.
• Comprehensive and insightful analytics reports guiding strategic decisions.
• Enhanced team productivity through effective use of digital tools and platforms.
