Pluss Software, part of the Fullsteam organization, is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team on-site in Columbia Falls, MT with the opportunity for some hybrid/remote work.
As a part of Pluss Software's IT support team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and support of both software and hardware solutions. You will also be responsible for managing both internal resources and customer systems. You will respond daily to new and diverse customer problems and requests and will be responsible for finding solutions to match their needs.
We have a fast-paced and demanding work environment and as an IT technician you will need to be self-motivated, creative and proactive. You should have good people skills as well as excellent problem solving skills. As you work closely with management, the operations team, product development, and the rest of the support staff, your ability to stay busy and on task and to demonstrate a strong work ethic will be important.
Primary Responsibilities:
Install and troubleshoot Pluss Software LLC’s software solutions
Setup and deploy hardware solutions to customers
Remote management, maintenance, and updates of deployed hardware and software solutions.
Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot customer printing configurations
Troubleshoot common network solutions.
Setup and service payment processing solutions
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with modern Microsoft operating systems ( Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+)
Experience as an IT Technician or related work experience
Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC computer hardware
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Good working knowledge of modern networking, TCP/IP communication, routing and internet communications.
