Your missions
The Role:
Assist in managing all aspects of the property management company. Generate and communicate with leads to convert them into members. Provide 5-star member relations for a positive living experience throughout our portfolio of homes under management.
Goal: Getting new leads and booking them for a showing appointment.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Post creative and attractive ads to market our vacant rooms on a variety of platforms
- Use ChatGPT to write creative ads and get them approved by the Property Manager
- Ensure we are receiving 100+ leads per week
- Coordinating New Member Tours:
- Answering all leads that come in through GHL, Roomies, Roomster, Zillow, etc.
- Screening and scheduling room tours with the Leasing Specialist
