· Email Management: Handle daily emails for the director, responding, executing, and filtering as necessary.
· Web Research: Research and report on new properties and developments in the market.
· Document and Data Management:
- File documents on SharePoint.
- Update feasibility sheets and input monthly sales and expense data.
· Communication: Contact real estate agents and other stakeholders as needed.
· Travel Arrangements: Book accommodation and flights, manage travel logistics.
· Financial Management: Manage Xero for bill payments and account reconciliation.
· Software Implementation Support: Assist with data input for new software implementation by end of 2024.
· Training and Development:
- Start part-time (20 hours per week), increase to full-time (40 hours) based on performance.
- Receive training and support via Loom videos.
