Job Description:
First Stop Health is seeking an Engagement Specialist! In this role, you will engage our members and providers with our best-in-class telehealth services. You’ll support a new product launch, manage digital campaigns, handle client requests and more.
Reporting to the Director of Engagement, this role is ideal for someone ready to make a big impact on a small but mighty team. As our Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our department and company launch new services, optimize resources and scale for the future!
Responsibilities:
Create and deploy content that inspires members to use First Stop Health, their employer-provided benefit. Develop and manage campaigns leveraging email, direct mail, SMS, print materials and more
Manage key tasks that keep our department running smoothly. Fulfill requests from our client success team, download and manage incentives, document processes, file receipts, manage content, etc.
Support efforts driving engagement and retention from our doctors, health coaches and other providers. Manage monthly newsletters, contribute content to the training portal and more
Audit and improve content while using our drag-and-drop design and campaign automation tools to replicate existing collateral and campaigns. In 2024, overhaul and update our current collateral library to match our updated branding
Support engagement team projects that support our department and company goals related to analytics, budgeting, client engagement, process improvement/automation and more!
Requirements:
Exemplifies our core values of Collaborative, Caring, Unrelenting, Trusted, and Transparent
Has worked in marketing/communications OR has a relevant college degree (communications, marketing, English, etc.)
Has strong writing and editing skills
Has experience managing email campaigns using a marketing automation platform. (We use Blueshift, though Blueshift experience is not required.)
Has experience using drag-and-drop design platforms such as Canva
Works well both autonomously and as part of a team. You’ll spend ~65% of your time on independent tasks and the rest collaborating with others on cross-functional projects
Is curious and execution-driven. You thrive on every opportunity to explore a new professional domain, hit the ground running and carry the project through to completion
Takes as much pride in the details as you do the big picture
Spanish speaker a plus, but Spanish language skills are not a requirement
