As a Distribution expert you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for the supply of finished products to internal customers within the Sandoz supply chain to ensure timely and sufficient customer service, to meet the market needs in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
What you will bring to the role:
Management of physical material flow from the manufacturing sites to the final destination.
Single point of contact for Carriers, Forwarders, and Agents during global material movement.
Ensuring that budgetary targets are met for Supply Chain Operations by applying LEAN Logistics and smart approaches for better product consolidation.
Constant strive for process improvements, quality improvements and process standardization.
Responsibility for all compliance aspects during global material movement. Ensure that all materials (dangerous goods and narcotics) are trans-ported in a fully compliant manner by monitoring documents and material flow.
Execution of all operational logistics tasks in SAP ERP system for material movements.
Responsibility for creation of all necessary import and export documents.
Establishing smooth communication flow among Order Management Team & Warehouse & Control tower & Carriers & Forwarders & Customer.
Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record/archiving management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.
Responsibility for compliance review, coding and confirmation of invoices for transport services in SAP ERP system.
Cooperation with all participants involved in resolving transport deviations and providing all required documents.
Regular training as part of the planned educational program for performing work in accordance with standard procedures. Participation in additional trainings that help to improve and upgrade the fulfillment of work tasks.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.
Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.
Implementation of and compliance with all the instructions and requirements for safety at work, environment protection, and property protection.
Responsibility for personal and professional development.
What you will bring to the role:
Higher education level in economics, pharmacy, chemistry or other relevant fields,
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience,
Fluent in English,
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
