This is a remote position.

Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team to provide excellent support for our clients. The position will ensure the success of our clients by providing support throughout their journey with ClearDesk talent.

Core Responsibilities
  • Ensure that our remote teams are providing excellent support to our clients.
  • Work closely with the recruitment teams to identify the “perfect match” candidate for our client’s needs
  • Establish a seamless Client onboarding process by carefully communicating expectations and timelines
  • Partner closely with account managers on Client needs
  • Has experience tracking KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years working in a Customer Success role for global teams
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with B2B experience
  • Experience using any CRM (Customer Relationship Management software), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Experience working with recruitment or staffing firms is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in a recruitment role is a plus, but not required
Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to 65,000 PHP (Depending on experience)
  • 100% Remote (Permanent work from home)
