Main Job Purpose:
This role is required to ensure operational excellence between external various agencies such as research agency, and internally the brand marketing teams, finance, procurement, local and global working streams. This individual must have strong mindset on project management and communication with expertise in designing ways of working across a global, matrix organization.
Main responsibilities:
-Global/Local Marketing Excellence
1) Set mechanics to drive and empower all stakeholders such brand team, procurement, agencies, and brands performance in delivery, agility, and quality.
2) Support brand lead in delivery of strategic project to the agreed milestones/timelines and to the high-quality standards set
3) In charge of global marketing training cascading and process
-Marketing Spending Tracking
1) Work with finance team to closely monitoring marketing spending progress
2) Analysis report on market spending process (Actual VS Plan)
3) Effectiveness monitoring on marketing spending (Target VS Result)
-Internal corporate operation
1. Trademark maintenance
1) Deal with administrative procedures of registration and license filing
2) Maintain all brands’ trademark within effective period
2.Internal Control
1) Lead the internal control assessment in B&I team
2) Prepare materials for internal audit and generate the action/measures for follow up and process improvement
-CMI operation
1)Operation support on strategic research project and brand reviews (Questionnaires, discussion guide)
2) Project management working with research agency
3) Competitive intelligence collection and consolidation to support brand decision
-Team Assistant
1) Assist to B&I lead
2) In charge of B&I team operation (Meeting arrangement, team engagement activities, cross function communication)
About you
Bachelor’s degree above
At least 5-10 years related experience, FMCG experience is a plus.
Manage stakeholders in multi-functional teams, multitask ability in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and good communication with local and global teams.
Good analysis skills and data driven and project management skill
Strong communication skills with good command of English
Proactive, take actions, result-driven, eager to win, and have challenge mindset
